Teaching magazine "Animal pro - wild animals"
This magazine shows pupils in a creative and inspiring way how to correctly behave in nature and when meeting wildlife. Examples of shaping the school garden in an animal friendly way by e.g. providing insect-hotels, or sparrow and bat boxes are given. Fairness rules that should be observed when it comes to fishing and hunting are presented. An important part of the magazine deals with wild animals kept by humans. The CITES (Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species) is being explained as well as the situation of animals in circuses or shows. Furthermore the pupils learn how to judge a well run wildpark or zoo.
The objecitves of this teaching magazine are:

Every pupil should get his/her own magazine to take it home and use it also out of school.
Together with this magazine for pupils an additional magazine for teachers is available which contains answers to the quizzes and additional information on the subject as well as didactic suggestions such as exciting outdoor games which stimulate the pupils’ senses for nature.
